We use a heavyweight, slightly textured paper with a special matte coating that supports detailed, rich blacks, and exceptional color reproduction. Framed Prints Our framed prints are produced using the same giclée printing process on an acid-free, artist-grade, Premium Archival Matte paper. Our frames are constructed by hand in the USA, using only real wood materials. Our frames arrive ready-to hang with wire mounting hardware, a paper back dust cover and scratch resistant, frame-grade acrylic plexiglass. Float Framed Canvas Our canvases are printed using wide-format inkjet printers using the giclée printing process, then professionally stretched and inserted into a float frame with a 1/8” reveal between the canvas edge and the frame. Our frames are constructed by hand in the USA, using only real wood materials. We currently offer a selection of white, black, white oak frame finishes that arrive ready-to hang with wire mounting hardware and a paper back dust cover. The float frame canvases provide an upscale, matte look with their glass-less fronts and sleek reveal. Digital Downloads Upon purchase of a digital download, you will instantly receive an email from Cove Prints with a download link to a zipped folder. Included in the folder are art files with various aspect ratios for easy printing & display on the Frame TV (when applicable). *Our digital downloads are licensed for personal use only, and cannot be resold or distributed. Sizing Artwork Sizing Our artwork sizing refers to the total outside dimension (width/height) of the piece. For example, a 30x20 inch framed print with mat will have a total frame width of 30 inches and a print width of 26 inches. Framed Print Sizing You can reference the chart below for the adjusted image size when a mat is selected as well as dimensions for the mat size, frame face and frame depth of selected finishes. Float Framed Canvas Sizing Float Frames in White or Black finishes have a frame depth of 2.125 inches and a Frame Face of 0.375 inches. Float Frames in White Oak finish have a frame depth of 2.1875 inches and Frame Face of 0.3125 inches. Digital Download Sizing All Cove Prints digital download files should print accurately up to 40 inches wide. For larger prints from our Oversized collection (up to 60 inches wide), please reach out to our customer support via email for a larger custom file.
