Our sizing is based off of Width/Height and refers to the total outside dimensions of the frame, not the artwork inside the frame.

Our mock-ups give an idea of the piece will look, but it is not meant to be an exact representation of the final size and crop. You can refer to the size chart below product descriptions for more exact measurements when a piece is mated and framed.

Our prints are produced on wide-format inkjet printers using the giclée printing process for superior color and quality. We do our very best to accurately depict the artwork on our website. Due to variations in screens brightness levels and resolutions, printed artwork and frame coloring may slightly differ.

Our commitment to quality starts with the perfect paper. All of our framed prints are made with an acid-free, artist-grade, Premium Archival Matte paper designed to eliminate glare caused by natural light.

For our Print-only orders, we offer a heavy weight paper with a fine art feel. We use an acid-free, slightly textured Cotton Sunset paper with a special matte coating that supports detailed, rich blacks, and exceptional color reproduction.

Some of our photographs were shot on the Contax 645 and have been scanned using the highest technology to bring out the finest resolution and image sharpness possible.

Please note: some of these images contain film grain which give a more vintage aesthetic

All of our framed prints arrive ready to hang, including acrylic plexi-glass, paper backing and wire mounting hardware.

Our frames are constructed by hand in the USA, using only real wood materials. We currently offer a selection of white, black, white oak, light natural and walnut finishes.

We use scratch resistant, frame-grade acrylic plexi-glass for all of our frames. Acrylic is the safest option for shipping as it's
less likely to shatter, and offers increased UV protection as well.  

Yes, you can frame a print using your own frame. Just make sure to select the “print” only option when you place your order.

Upon purchase of a digital download, you will instantly receive an email from Cove Prints with a download link to your zipped folder. Included in the folder are art files with various aspect ratios for easy printing & display on the Frame TV (when applicable).

Upon purchase, the digital download should automatically sent to your inbox instantly. If you do not see it, be sure to check your spam folders or reach out to our support via e-mail hello@coveprints.com. If there were any spelling errors in the e-mail address provided it will not arrive to your inbox.

Our digital download files should print accurately up to 40
inches wide. For printing larger prints (up to 60 inches wide), please reach out to our customer support via email for a larger custom file, when available.

You can easily upload digital artwork purchased from Cove Prints onto your Samsung Frame TV. Be sure to purchase a horizontally oriented art piece from our "Art for The Frame TV Collection." You'll receive a digital download via e-mail with a file sized specifically for the Frame TV dimensions. Make sure you select the correct file size, and follow the simple steps on our Blog post HERE.

Once an order is placed, our products typically ship within 5-7 business days. Occasional delays may occur during high-volume times, out of stock products, or adverse weather conditions - but we do our absolute best!

Please reach out within 24 hours after your order is placed and we will do our very best to cancel the production of your order. All of our products are made-to-order, so we are unable to cancel orders after the 24 hour period.

Each product is custom made and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If your order is incorrect, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours and we will do our best to make it right!

Due to the non-retractable nature of our digital products, they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.
